Rochtaine is led by a senior team with experience across private households, hospitality, travel, operations and advisory services. Every engagement is overseen personally, with discretion, clear accountability and continuity from the initial brief through to delivery. Families and their advisers deal directly with people who know the programme, understand the household and remain responsible for the details throughout.
Executive Directors
Marta Banasik
Marta Banasik is an Executive Director of Rochtaine. She works with families to understand their needs and leads the preparation, planning and delivery of their Rochtaine experience.
Her background combines client relations, wellbeing and creativity. She is a qualified Wellness Coach, has training in Advanced Coaching with Neuroscience and is a published artist.
Brendan Gaffney
Brendan Gaffney is a Director of Rochtaine, responsible for business development, international relationships and the delivery of extended private residencies. He works with the team across residences, travel and aviation.
He brings more than 30 years of experience building international businesses and is a co-founder of Venturewave Group. His career includes leadership roles at Blueface and Star2Star Communications.
Alongside his business work, Brendan creates sculptures from recycled steel. He holds a first-class honours BBS and an MA from Trinity College Dublin.
Non Executive Directors
Alan Foy
Alan Foy is Chairman of Rochtaine and Chairman and Co-Founder of Venturewave Group. He brings experience in technology leadership, investment banking and wealth management.
His career includes leadership roles at StarBlue, Blueface and Star2Star Communications, as well as executive positions at NCB Group and Coyle Hamilton.
Alan holds a BBS, an MA and an MLitt in Strategic Management from Trinity College Dublin.
Brian Martin
Brian Martin is a Non-Executive Director of Rochtaine. His background is in building and expanding technology businesses, with experience across operations, sales, marketing and customer services.
At Blueface, a Comcast Business company, he helped lead international operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He previously led operations at eCeltic as a company director.
Brian holds a BBS from Trinity College Dublin and has published and lectured on entrepreneurship.
