Rochtaine creates and operates extended private residencies for families and their advisers. We bring the residence, household arrangements and day-to-day programme together, with a single point of accountability throughout.
We are part of Venturewave Group, established in Dublin in 2008. Our work is personal: understanding the household, preparing carefully and maintaining a clear relationship from the first conversation to departure.
Begin with the people
Every family has its own routines, expectations and ways of spending time together. A useful plan begins by understanding those differences.
We listen to the family and, where involved, its advisers and existing household staff. That brief guides the residence, dining, transport, daily rhythm and optional activities. The programme is agreed in advance and managed as one coherent engagement.
Art and place
A residence has a character of its own. Its architecture, surroundings and art can become part of how a family experiences a place over time.
We value that connection. The setting should offer more than a backdrop: a familiar walk, a local story, an interesting collection or a meal can become part of the family’s own rhythm during the residency.
