Camelot is a contemporary private residence at Whiting Bay on the County Waterford coast. Sea views and shared living spaces offer a setting for family time, with room for conversation, quiet work and individual routines.

For an extended residency, we consider how the main house will work for the people travelling. Bedroom arrangements, dining, household support and transport are discussed together before a proposal is prepared.

The main house has six bedrooms and accommodates 12–14 guests, depending on the rooming arrangement. One bedroom has two beds. Two optional staff houses, each with five beds, are available on the same private estate. They can be arranged separately if needed; taking either staff house is not a requirement of staying at Camelot.

Days at Camelot can follow the family’s pace: breakfast together, time to read or work, and opportunities to explore the Waterford coast. Ardmore and the surrounding area provide places to consider for local outings.

We discuss the balance between time at home and time out, taking account of children’s routines, different interests and any mobility requirements. Dining, activities and practical support are then brought together in the agreed programme.

Location

Camelot is at Whiting Bay, near Ardmore on the County Waterford coast. Its coastal setting provides the starting point for planning local journeys and days out.

We review arrival transfers, beach access and the practical requirements of moving around the area with your family. Any helicopter arrangements or additional transport are confirmed specifically in the proposal.

Optional staff accommodation

Two staff houses are available on the same private estate as Camelot, each with five beds. They are optional additions: you can take the main house without either staff house, and arrange one or both only if needed.
